Arena - Person is the focus of the exercise + record info, behaviour and feelings etc
Blind spot - Others opinions (that you don't know yourself) The goal is to reduce the size of this window and increase the size of the arena
Facade - known by yourself but kept hidden from others
Unknown - Not known by anyone, for example, illness, repressed memories, conditioned behaviour and so on.
